Doug Stevenson - Delivering Building Consulting Solutions

Based in Carlisle, MA, Douglas A.G. “Doug” Stevenson heads RBS Limited LLC, and provides a range of construction consulting services. As president, he leads the firm as a homeowner's representative. He has in-depth client-driven knowledge of the high-end residential and commercial development sphere. Doug Stevenson is experienced in both new construction and renovation/addition endeavors.

Mr. Stevenson also provides estimating and budget analysis services. Well-versed in the dynamics of operational management, he participates in detailed financial evaluations that enable projects to be successful. Before joining his present company, Mr. Stevenson led a Massachusetts building company that provided dynamic construction management solutions. Having joined the firm as a project supervisor and risen up the ranks, he collaborated for many years with top professionals in the industry, including architects and engineers.

Mr. Stevenson is active with the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) and its “4,000-Footer” club, having climbed all 48 4000-footers in New Hampshire. He is now working toward traversing all mountains that exceed 4,000 feet across New England. As a volunteer with AMC, Douglas A.G. Stevenson has also helped build shelters and maintain trails.
